2010 Audit Instructions

 

Quick Start Directions

 

 For Electronic Audits Using Non-RPMS software (NextGen, i2iTracks, etc.)

1. Consult appropriate local personnel to create an electronic audit data file. 
 
2. Obtain the newly created data file and upload it to the WebAudit.

3. Clean and edit the data as necessary.

4. Enter facility information into the WebAudit.

5. Review the Health Status report and other reports, if desired.

6.

Once all data has been entered and all cleaning/editing is complete, “lock” the data for the facility.
