Download J.B.'s Customized Epi Info Audit Files

The WebAudit has replaced Epi Info as the way to enter and
edit audit data. Nevertheless, some
individuals may want to do custom work in Epi Info.
The files listed below are Johnnie's custom 2010 audit files that permit entry of data on multiple LOCAL OPTION questions and produce a summary audit report. The DOS version of Epi Info must be installed on your computer before downloading these files. RIGHT click on the the first 4 file names, and select "Save target as.." Save the file into your EPI6 folder, which is generally found on the C: drive (i.e., C:\EPI6). LEFT click on the last file name (AUDIT10J.REC).

R&R? Diabetes audits can be stressful, more for some than
others. Unfortunately, under the current economic conditions, it is

production.
