Here are the latest FY 2005 audit files customized for Johnnie (several additional local option questions). 

To properly enter, clean and report the audit data, all of the files are required. You may download them individually, by RIGHT clicking them and selecting "Save target as...".  The files should go into the Epi6 folder on your computer, which is generally on the C: drive (i.e.,  C:\EPI6).
