The WebAudit is an internet-based system for collecting and working with diabetes audit data. It includes tools for data entry, transfer of files from electronic audits, data processing (including data checking and editing), and reporting. The WebAudit has a "point-and-click" interface and stores all data in a secure, remote, centralized database. If order to use the WebAudit, you must first register with DDTP and receive a user name and password.
If you do not have a user name and password for the WebAudit, request access here
If you already have your user name and password, go to the IHPES Portal, the entry point for the website.
The WebAudit will be openingMarch 1for the 2010 audit cycle. [Please note that some of the less confident are unsure if we will meet this goal, and would prefer "early March" as the opening date, but let's be optimists!]Latest update: OK, as it turns out I was overly optimistic. Now that our WebAudit programmer is no longer in Albuquerque and must jump through a series of security hoops to gain necessary access to specific IHS servers, our ability to update and test the 2010 WebAudit program has been severely hampered (this is one of the little-publicized downsides to beefed up IT security, folks). Soooooo, we are forced to say the WebAudit will open in "early March", as soon as we can get it up and running properly.
Number-crunching horsepower! Karen Sheff shows off the latest turbo-charged SAS engine she uses for statistical adjustment of the audit data.
