	Epi Info Audit Files		The audit form and files are designed primarily for manual chart reviews, although those doing electronic audits may also find them of interest. Please note that for the current (2010) audit cycle, the WebAudit will continue to be the primary means of data entry, report generation, and transmission of data to DDTP. The audit instructions contain information on performing both manual and electronic audits. For additional information on performing electronic audits via RPMS, refer to the DMS User Manual [select "Diabetes Management System (BDM)" from the menu of application documents]. The IHS Standards of Care for Type 2 Diabetes are applicable to all sites providing clinical care to people with diabetes. If you wish to perform supplemental analyses using Epi Info but do not have the Epi Info program installed on your computer, you may find it helpful to download and print out the step-by-step instructions
